Why does everyone keep forgetting to train their calves and their forearms? I swear, there are so many drumstick looking mma fighters and bodybuilders that you’d think by now that awareness over how bad muscle neglect is in the fitness community of all things would be sky high by now. It’s not even hard to train your calves and forearms. Just do hundreds of calf raises and fingertip push-ups and you’ll be good to go.
