I have read all three volumes of capital and about to start theories of surplus value… so like when does the revolution™ begin? I am getting tired of reading

Theories of Surplus Value is sometimes called the fourth volume of Capital. The German version was published in three books. So if you read German, if you count ToSV as part of Capital, you can have physically speaking six books of Capital. These were grouped together in the Marx-Engels-Werke, strengthening the impression:
1. MEW 23

3. MEW 25
4. MEW 26-1
5. MEW 26-2
6. MEW 26-3

we may see this new 4-volume plan outlined here:

so indeed, theories of surplus value pertains to the history of one element of political economy, and can be said to comprise of marx's notes for the 4th volume, which were largely left unfinished.
