My body might still be producing Spike protein? I got my last shot in 2023. I'm not a 2 more weeks kinda guy, but what could this mean? Everyone got vaxxed at the same time, so if something bad is to happen it would happen all at once

Please don't remind us of all the annoying antivaxxoids and their lack of basic understanding of biology. The immune system when it comes in contact with a virus breaks it down into parts which in the case of the sars-cov2 virus that means the spike proteins are dislodged. So they cry and cry and cry over vaccines that either produce these or contain these while ignoring the virus itself which the body breaks down into components including those spike proteins.
