There's nowhere nice to live especially if you're American. I don't think anyone likes us unless we have money. Then they'll just milk us of it. I mean we kind of deserve it but I got to value myself a little bit, right?

Ok, an honest answer then: devon is pretty nice but it’s a backwater, nothing goes on there it’s just farmers and sheep but there are lots of nice places: dartmoor, the coast, etc

but pretty sure it’s getting quite expensive to live there because of londoners moving there and driving up prices, and lots of the smaller towns/villages are in decline: shops closing, etc

been a while since i was there though, my general impression is that most of england is in decline
