Stalinbros, you have to admit. Trotsky has those hype moments and aura. I fuck with Civil War Trotsky heavily. And having an iron train with the red flag. And the leather outfits. Can we admit, it's cool

>>684820
Maybe it's because of the funny hairdo or the glasses but many people forget that Trotsky was a TUFF as hell military man on the same league as Zhukov and Vasilevsky. Even during the icepick incident bro went down swinging and didn't collapse until the perpetrator was secured to be interrogated by his body guards.

>>684825
It's funny how he was used during the early days as a scary figure. "OOoh, Jewish Communist coming to take your stuff"
But yeah, he was tough no doubt.

Holy fuck Trotskybros, this is so VRILliant. Honestly, I wasn't familiar with your game. We must end the brother wars right now!

Fr Trotsky quotes are pure, unadulterated peak. Even as a Stalinbro I must agree.

bump

lol this thread is peak ML

>>684820
yes I agree, he had a badass aura that made porkies and imperialist everywhere shake in fear, and that was great

everyone thought trotsky had ""hype"" and ""aura"" even back when the split occurred most were in agreement that trotsky was more charismatic than stalin.

Trotsky was obsessed to be in front of the camera
He was one of history's first influencer whores

1937: tukhachev-ACK

>>687252
Really? I thought people saw him as kinda annoying. Pedantic. Or was this early on Trotsky. I knew he had sway still even when he was out of leadership

>>684825
Why Trotsky hitting the anime pose

>>687430
reading about tukhachevsky he seems like an actual neopagan fascist who the communist party used as a good military commander bc he fetishised 'Rvssia superpower'. im no stalinist but seems like a pretty justifiable purge.

that is total bullshit

>>687391
isn't his entire legacy about being cranky that he didn't get picked

>>685012
makes me feel funny

>>688799
His legacy is being a bit of a pussy. Which is odd since he was known for taking action early on. But those years where he could’ve taken power (Lenin offered him deputy premier but declining) he weirdly just was passive. Maybe it’s easier when you actually have to dictate power

trotstky just looked like a nerd okay

>>689032
he had sex on a train

>>689034
yeah he wasn't a sissy irl at all
but that uygha was still goofy looking visually, hence anti-socialist propaganda pretending he's more relevant than he was >>684842
>>684851

>>684820
Trotsky during the civil war was committing IDF-tier war crimes on a daily basis. Lenin promoted him so high because he was a Jewish supremacist and therefore highly effective at fighting non-Jews. The second they didn't need a mentally unstable borderline genocidal Israelite around the CPSU correctly saw fit to get rid of him.

We're really lucky Stalin took him out when he did.

>>689038
Idk man, he was still pretty fucking relevant. Especially at the time.
>>689045
>Trotsky during the civil war was committing IDF-tier war crimes on a daily basis
Based?

>>687396
during the first half I would say they talk shit on people view history as struggle of mythic figures and grand ideals but I haven't read in forever might have to give it a reread then. the second half with the elite ball knowledge on the transition from feudalism to capitalism in europe is what stuck with me the most.
