I'm usually not meta aware of this but recently I'm wondering if its related to autism or something to do with my mental processing of information. Or maybe I have a loose sense of self idk. I do this but I also don't have autism (THAT I KNOW OF!!). I think it's more related to BPD for me, I don't have a self that can voice opinions so I just convince myself other people's opinions are my own.

I don't think my post falls under this, there can be traits caused by autism that are not universal. I'm hazy on how to describe but autism was a merging of several related disorders for practical and administrative purposes as far as I know, with overlapping traits. Not a totally linear spectrum but what else do you call it. Also I have an ASD diagnosis just to clarify so this is me pondering based on prior information
