Go to confession with a Catholic priest, it's anonymous too, you don't need to actually confess your sins you can just talk about your life problems, you don't need to schedule just go at the time when confession is routinely held when there is not many people waiting, priests probably have more understanding of human nature and practical wisdom than your average psychologist.
