wear light, breezy, moisture-wicking (linen and synthetic fabrics usually) clothes
get as much shade and air conditioning as possible
protect your face from as much sunlight as possible (brimmed hats, shades, sunscreen, etc) and apply at least 30 spf for every area of skin exposed to sunlight
get into swimming as a hobby (beach or pool)

regularly apply moisturizer and conditioner to help with drying, and wear spf because snow bombards you with reflected sunlight
