I think a more appropriate term is the Gazan war does not take place. Not in the sense that the mass amount of suffering and the systematic bias for Israel among western powers do not take place, but rather people experience the war from constant, isolated recordings and photos on the internet that are crafted into narratives. The Holocaust 100% happened and it should not be denied. I don’t know what motivates people on the Left to deny it but it shouldn’t be denied by the left because it wasn’t just Jews who were killed in the holocaust and many leftists (especially communists) were also killed. If it is the Gaza genocide that motivates leftist to deny the holocaust that also doesn’t make sense since Judaism and Zionism are different.
