Leftypol dental hygiene checkup! How often do you:
Brush teeth?
Floss?
Rinse with mouthwash?
Scrape tongue?
Visit dentist?
Friendly reminder that doing all of these things is important, not doing so can lead to gum disease and teeth being damaged
obligatory reference to Mouthwashing, one of the best anti-capitalist video games
>>700366>mouth wash baduse non-alcoholic ones. I don't know if the fluoride in mouthwash is different than the kind in toothpaste, but its good praxis to use it to replenish the outer layers of your teeth that are dissolved each day. Decay is caused by sugar-eating bacteria that produce that corrosive plaque biofilm which vigorous brushing/flossing can remove
>>700418mouthwash kills all bacteria even the good ones and doing it too often can potentially lead to even cancer, even without alcohol
>fluoridethats why you dont rinse your mouth after brushing
>but its good praxis towhy do you talk like this
>>700449>Brush first thing in the morning to get rid of morning breathWhat if i don't have morning breath, because i don't sleep with an open mouth like an idiot?
>Chew gumUygha why wouldn't you just chew regular food like a carrot for that instead of propping up the dental gum meme.
>Brush tongue as well both times.Bad idea. I've found anything more than every other day to lead to inflammation fast.
>>700453Floss seems like an incredibly wasteful product. Can't you just reach in between with the bristles of a regular toothbrush.
I chew gum all the time and use toothpaste with HAP so I don't get cavities. Use toothpaste with HAP! I also use fluoride in toothpaste on occasion and stop using when I get white spots on my teeth. Soon there will be keratin toothpaste:
