It's a racist meme. Too much sodium is bad for you, but MSG isn't some special evil cooked up in a lab by Xi and his top SEE-SEE-PEE chemical warfare experts.

If MSG is bad, then tomatoes and cheese in general would be bad and associated with health conditions. That's obviously not the case.
