The Trump administration is trying to replace PBS with PragerU

PragerU is already allowed to be shown to kids in several US states which is terrifying already but can you imagine if they actually publicly fund this shit. I’m not sure if this will make it into even states classroom because I don’t think that liberals even like PragerU but who knows. I know that American schools already teach white washed history my elementary school was named after a minstrel song writer for crying out fucking loud but it never was this fucking extreme, any progress ever made would be undone.

IMO, PragerU isn’t really inherently bad in it’s. It should be allowed in schools but more as analysis of different political opinions

It really isn’t if you don’t take it as life lessons.
Again PragerU can be shown to kids as long as they’re for samples of political media analysis that is showing how different political orientations see the world.
It makes no sense to abolish politics in grade schools
Make them learn about politics as young as possible so that they won’t be easily inclined towards reactionaryism
