5. Marx's talks about socially necessary labor time (SNLT), which is not a theory meant to predict market prices so its "failure" to do so is not a failure but a misapplication.
6. SNLT is meant to explain why equilibrium prices, not market prices correlate heavily with the average amount of time required, across a given society, to produce a commodity
7. market prices still deviate from equilibrium prices but that has nothing to do with SNLT, let alone "LTV" but it has to do with things like supply and demand, which do not "determine" prices, but merely cause them to deviate from their equilibrium.

They can't even honestly engage with Marx because that would leave them with only two options: refute him based on logic (extremely hard, almost all of his theories turned out to be true) or adopt some extremely reactionary rhetoric that further entrenches them in their thought-terminating position of dishonesty (Marx was le evil jew Zionist, 100 gooberillion dead etc.).
