If you're making fun of woman in pic how come she's not fatter because of all the shit she's stuffing down her throat? Although it sounds like she's largely drinking her calories.

She's on ozempic and has a bulimia so she throws up the food when she binge eats a lot

What's wrong with her outfit? She looks gorgeous.

Femoids can be bitter hags who want to drag pretty women down.

>attend a teams meeting for 3 minutes
Oh sweet summer child. You mean 2 hours right? And two other hour long meetings during the afternoon where the manager and the manager of the manager are talking to each other and the rest has nothing to say.
I imagine it's not a huge problem when you are working in HR, that's basically the extent of the job, but when you are actually developing the products the company is selling, it's fucking hell.

>>705310
Can't you just tune out though? Not like they expect your input usually

>>705312
No you can't because you always get the unexpected question from the manager and the manager of the manager about the tasks you were on 10 minutes before the end of the meeting. If you tune out, you will be considered a bad worker and you will get more meetings with the manager to do some team-building bullshit, "I want your input to understand what is going wrong and how we can move the team forward" shit but of course honesty is out of the question, that kind of stuff. Welcome to corporate hell. Most white collar workers don't fake their burnouts.

>>705315
Fair enough, I guess at my work I rarely feel like our meetings are pointless, if anything I would usually want more of them because it's hard to get managers to commit to things

>>705268
This reminds me of a young lady that I work with. She's a bit heavier but she would often wear very tight and revealing dresses to work along with heels. Lately she's been wearing pant suits with heels. So I don't know if some higher ups got her to stop dressing so scantily

>it's hard to get managers to commit to things
Interesting, what do you mean by this?
My problem when I was employed was rather that managers would promise too many things to the client, too many half-baked features for little money, and sometimes we had to stop doing real development to redeploy an app because the bold line was 3px big and not 5px big. I'm barely exaggerating.
The specs were atrocious because the manager couldn't say "no" or "you go back, jack, do it again" to the customer, then we would miss another deadline, so we had to work harder, and again redeploy at the last minute because they want the 5px line to green not yellow.
Maybe the companies I worked with sucked and the work culture in my country sucks, where appearing to be working hard is more important than actually achieving goals, it's a possibility.

I work in a homeless hostel, often the residents complain to us about 'why isn't this done', and often I agree with them that it should be done, for example properly cleaning the building, or dealing more strongly with residents that are constantly accusing others, or being violent or disruptive, and so on. I would email managers and not even get responses, or get responses about what I should do with my own department responsibilities. And if I tried to just make decisions myself then I would have to deal with tons of pushback from the other staff and without the authority of 'well a manager told me to do this' I couldn't really stand up for myself. well I still work there, so dunno why I'm using past tense

even if there were more meetings though, whenever I do bring up stuff in meetings I 9/10 times get shut down or ignored so it probably wouldn't help anyways.

Why do people have to ruin everything that's beautiful in this world?

>>705251
The chick in the pic clearly isn't hr, did you not learn context clues?

>>705342
I guess not. But the chick in the pic does look like the type to do all the stuff mentioned by op. In fact I would say most office workers are like that in some way
