If you take the entire history of an existing country and average it out. So not just focusing on one good or bad period but all of it and you for sake of this thread assume the will of the people and the government are one in the same.
In no particular ranking
The UK: colonizing and plundering most of the world for the longest out of the major western powers.
The Netherlands: invented modern credit systems, stock exchanges, corperations and modern banking. Also plundered and pillaged all the bits the english couldnt get to for centuries.
Switzerland: Neutrality is worse than being openly evil IMO, colabed with nazis, finaces global terror and crime, act like its not the entire time.

Israel and USA

File: 1756823171100.jpg (174.33 KB, 960x960, 1548434294376.jpg)

The US: genocided its native poplation then built walmarts on it, became the exact type of nation is saught to get away from in the first place.
Spent the first half of the 20th building up a huge amount of social credit on the world stage just to become the very enemy it claims to fight. Pretends for 100 years to be diametrically opposed to russia but is more or less the exact same politically speaking.

Russia: Pretends to be diametrically opposed to the US but is more or less the exact same politically speaking.

Moldova.
Oh but you know literally nothing about it, you say. Exactly. Insidious, isn't it?

Probably the British Empire, simply by scale.

Which part of "simply by scale" do you not understand? It was huge, they had more space to do their evil deeds.

Honestly it is probably going to be some obscure african country that was founded for sole purpose of ethnic clensing one of its minorities and then immediatelly collapsed into civil war. 0 redeaming features.

and stole from holocaust victims.

It‘s probably going to be a Western country because their barbarity wasn‘t limited to their own country for a brief time. Inventing shit doesn‘t bring back millions of raped, tortured and murdered people back either.

britain invented molestation in schools.

That has to be one of the hardest lines put in a kids show.

Kids are feds.

Spain
>forced welcoming friendly Amerindians(Tainos, Puebloans, Incas) into slave labor for gold
>so dirty and unhygienic that they killed 1/3 of Amerindian population of Americas(North and South)by disease
>introduced banditry with the Conquistadors that it still echoes today with Latin American drug cartels
>invented concentration camps
>imported caudillos that originated during the Reconquista in Spain

Common, the Greeks had that thoussands of years before !

>Russia: Pretends to be diametrically opposed to the US but is more or less the exact same politically speaking.
This is a delusional statement and no I am not a "zigger." I acknowledge Russia is a socially conservative and backwards country but to pretend it is "the same" as the US is just delusional. Even with things like Ukraine, which was wrong for Russia to do, Russia was much more incentivized to do that by an immediate threat (NATO) than the US was threatened by, say, Vietnam, or Iraq, or any of the countries the CIA couped.

Is the FSB going around and couping dozens of countries? Even with the similarities between the conquest of siberia and manifest destiny, or the similarity between pogroms against Jews and American lynch mobs, I find the comparison to America unfair.

>so dirty and unhygienic that they killed 1/3 of Amerindian population of Americas(North and South)by disease
That was likely to happen regardless of hygienic differences. Back then it was impossible to stay hygienic on a months long voyage on a ship, and indigenous Americans had not developed any kind of immunity to smallpox.

It's amazing how much good press the British have. Germany, Japan, Israel and the USA *wish* they had this. To this day, it's considered acceptable to admire the British Empire and people like Cecil Rhodes, Queen Victoria and Winston Churchill. Imagine killing millions of Africans and Indians for centuries and nobody thinks of you at the same terms as Nazi Germany. A lot of people on the Left even seem to think that George III was John Brown freeing the slaves or something when Britain wouldn't officially abolish slavery until 1833. According to this video, the British killed 165 million people in India alone and stole 45 trillion dollars from India. Also, read this War Nerd article:

>What, you thought you were safe? You’d get through the big “Cancel Culture” war without me popping off?
>Public morality should be pretty simple. When an oppressed group gets enough power to make its oppressors behave, they will do so — and they should.
>The real problem, the kind of thing that would make De Niro in Casino groan, “Amateur night!”, starts when people imagine that they can stop immoral behavior by policing immoral characters, phrases, or scenes in literature.
>They’re looking for the wrong thing. They’re sniffing for depictions of immorality, when they should be scanning the silences, the evasions.
>There’s a very naïve theory of language at work here, roughly: “if people speak nicely, they’ll act nicely” — with the fatuous corollary, “If people mention bad things, they must like bad things.”
>The simplest refutation of that is two words: Victorian Britain.
>Victorian Britain carried out several of the biggest genocides in human history. It was also a high point of virtuous literature.
>Because they were smart about language. They didn’t rant about the evil of their victims or gloat about massacring them, at least not in their public writings. They wrote virtuous novels, virtuous poems. And left a body count which may well end up the biggest in world history.
