back in the 80s while iran-contra was happening all the anti semitism watchdogs and institutes ran a campaign saying there were pogroms and anti semitism in nicaragua and the sandinista were anti semitic like hitler. of course it wasnt true and they wanted to mobilise the jewsih community to support reagan and the contras.
at a similar time the junta in the argentine was carrying out a dirty war and it executed a large proportion of jewish people who were involved in the opposition movement. survivors said that many of these officers in the army were nazis, with swastika tattos and heiling hitler. it wasn't oct 7 like israel claims, but it was the argentine government that was the largest post ww2 mass killing of jewish people, but you never hear about this incident.
you see the same playbook today, and it never changed.
