No offence but that is the truth. Even China lowkey admits as much that their culture was horribly backwards and that they needed to largely eradicate it and replace it with European culture. It just is what it is. It is just the same as the technological difference that let the Euros dominate the world. I don't believe in any kind of racial supremacy. Indians have been integral to the most recent advances in Western technology so obviously the genetic racial factor isn't the key component of all this. It is just a fact that European, and European colonies created the modern world.
