Idk, I have some respect for clinton because he was in a sex scandal, and him and hilery are swingers, but joe bidem didn't pass the dmca and only served one term, so I think it's pretty clear who is the winner.

For context I consider the least worst to be those who had a more funny presidency as opposed to the worst who had a boring presidency. 9/11 being fun gives a lot of points but the rest of the presidency being boring takes it down a bit. Joe Biden's demented rants and gaffes puts him at the top because it was very humorous how a demented grandpa like him managed to become president. Trump is mostly mediocre to me, sometimes funny but generally bores me. Clinton is at Bush because of his involvement with Albania which I find equally amusing as 9/11 because of the Americanophilia it brought in a shithole like Albania and Kosovo. Obama is the most boring thus the worst, he is like a forced meme, it was funnier seeing schizos ranting about him than he himself was, Obama himself tried to be funny but ended up flat and drone striking weddings wasn't funny to me.

I think Obama deserves special condemnation because of circumstances in which he became president. Popular president with grassroots support, elected on campaign of change, whose party controls every branch of the government, coming into office amidst the greatest economic crisis in a century. He could have shaped history, the Fates served him Great Man status on silver platter, and he chose to do nothing. Steadily steer the ship into a septic tank.
