I have become a monster, a huge mass of flesh and fat.
>>711072The foolproof way is to get someone to lock yourself in a prison without or little food
>>711072Eat less, eat better, work out, repeat until it works, start by quitting breakfast and snacking, and avoid eating deserts and very sugary stuff, if you do, eat fruits
>>711072Move to Denmark and get ozempic for free because of universal public healthcare.
>>711072<huge mass of flesh and fat.B…Bakunin is it you?
>>711072Calorie counting and calorie deficit. (General rule is if you're a man, don't go under 1500 calories).
https://www.exercise4weightloss.com/weight-loss-calculator.htmlPair this with light exercise and do it every single day and you should lose 4lb or 10lb by the end of each month.
Try to get 40g or 60g protein minimum.
By light exercise, a simple daily 20 or 40 minute walk should do.
>>711098That only works if you are already skinny, otherwise you will just become a fat smoker.
>>711098Or be a coffee drinker.
Caffeine suppresses appetite very well.
It might take months with daily calorie counting and dedication, but it can work.
Avoid sugary drinks… don't drink your calories (unless it is milk, but count your calories even the milk).
>>711075This is is the only real solution
>>711099You have to "starve" yourself. You must deal with being hungry often because your body knows when you are trying to trick it with bullshit that isn't easily digestable carbs. Nobody ever fucking says this, and I think that leads to more failure. You will have to occupy your mind as best you can when it isn't time to eat. Just imagine your body eating itself when you're hungry because it pretty much is.
Yesterday I went for a 2 hour walk instead of eating dinner we are going to make it bros
stop eating so much fatty
>think you lost weight
>it was just water weight
just throw me in a sealed room where i'm only served a slice of bread and water everyday
Starve. And when you feel pain remind yourself that this is the feeling of attaining beauty.
>>712375Eating is a super basic evolutionary act. It evolved way before humans, that drive is only just below breathing. So just hold your breath. We did not evolve with food as abundant and food engineered to make you eat more.
>>711193>You will have to occupy your mind as best you can when it isn't time to eat.A rather niche hypothesis suggests that if you have the right genes (if your great-something grandparents have gone through famine), this has a lot of potential to not only reduce your body fat, but also make you
more energetic:
https://web.archive.org/web/20240624164419/https://www.adaptedtofamine.com/>The adapted-to-flee-famine hypothesis (AFFH) proposes that AN [anorexia nervosa] is caused by ancient adaptations selected when migration was indeed the best solution to local famine; then individuals high in self-control, energy, optimism and perseverance had a selective advantage, as would their bands.>Before the mid 1960s patients rarely mentioned a fear of being fat to explain food restriction and hyperactivity. Historically, reports of an AN-like syndrome have surfaced whenever Europeans, Asians or Indigenous Americans have starved for any reason. In each era victims provided historically- and culturally-bound explanations. >The English and French physicians who independently described the syndrome in 1873 included hyperactivity as a primary symptom. Frances Gull wrote, “[t]he patient complained of no pain, but was restless and active. …it seemed hardly possible that a body so wasted could undergo the exercise which seemed agreeable.”Keep in mind though,
<Weight loss, not restrictive eating choices, is the trigger for anorexia in the genetically susceptible. It seems to patients and observers that AN is due to “persistent restriction of energy intake” because today the triggering weight loss is often the result of weight loss dieting. <High levels of estrogen are often required in addition to weight loss for the genetic program to manifest. AN genes are more rarely activated in males or in prepubertal girls. <Before AN derailed them, patients were typically high-achievers on track to a successful life. Their premorbid personalities were typically ascetic; in one study 23% had autism spectrum traits. >>711193>You must deal with being hungry often because your body knows when you are trying to trick itThis is 10 000 eleventy gorillion per cent bullshit.
The various parts of the brain are not strongly connected. That's why the placebo effect works even if you know you are taking a placebo. That's why you are more likely to laugh when you hear laughter even when you know it's canned laughter. That's why you can deal with an itchy leg by scratching the air above your leg while also scratching the sofa to produce a scratching sound.
There is NOTHING in your body that counts calories, only rough proxy values. You are physically incapable of eating or drinking more if your belly is full, no matter the substance. It can be water.
You WILL feel like you are eating more if you do ANY of the following:
-drink a glass of water before anything else
-look at the food while eating
-hold the bowl/plate
-use either tiny or heavy utensils
-chew longer
-do a one-minute pause in the middle of eating
Combine several of these for stronger effect.
If you sit on your ass all day your body registers the situation as you being not fat. This is bad. Put on a weighted exercise west to counter that (you don't actually have to exercise while wearing the west for this to work).
>>712391Good advice.
I'll add:
Eat a stable diet meaning same meals for a while. This makes it easier to know what you're consuming.
Track calories for a bit. Every thing you eat, track it.
Eat more protein and fiber.
Drink more water.
Track your weight after peeing every morning.
Analyze your eating triggers. For me being at home means I will eat. So I try not to be home, instead I go to the gym or for a walk. I switch out processed snacks for fruit.
And above all, lots of patience. It's a slow process. It WILL pay off..
Source; lost 14 kilos recently.
>>711075Taking Ozempic is the single worst way to lose weight
>>711072Just starve to near-death
Then have two spoons of soup
Bis repetita
>>712388It's really not that hard fatso. Throw away all your food then. If you don't have food, how can you eat?
>>712391Okay none of that shit ever worked for me. I have to fast instead. In fact after about 16 hours I get a huge rush of energy and focus. It's amazing, I did have to deal with being hungry. I also take fiber with all my meals, doesn't do anything other than make my bowl movements the perfect consistency.
>>711072Smoking helps, smoking a pack a burns about 200 calories, I vape which is even more powerful, I also drink copious amounts of coffee. I'm sedentary so I find around 1200 calories is enough to not be starving yet be in a substantial deficit, I weigh 60kg and 176cm tall. I binge ate for like 3 months and only gained 3kg so I think smoking helps alot.
workout more and more gradually and build muscle mass
hax: get addicted to stimulants

Caloric deficit
https://tdeecalculator.net/This will give you a rough estimate of how many calories your body burns in a day, in order to begin calculating a caloric intake lower than that in order to begin losing weight
Raising your TDEE through exercise helps increase caloric deficit
Don't have a caloric deficit that goes over 500 below your TDEE
Don't have a caloric intake below your basal metabolic rate, which is how many calories you burn even when you're completely at rest 24/7
https://cronometer.com/This helps you track your nutrition (there are other nutrition/calorie tracking apps out there, too)
>>715146>Raising your TDEE through exercise helps increase caloric deficitThough a higher TDEE requires you to eat more if the deficit gets too large to be healthy
>>715183>>I'm alright with this bodyAbsolutely spiritually broken human being.

>>715151how much did you manage to lose so far and since when?
>>715367Roughly 35 lbs so far, loss was around 1.5 lbs/wk at first but went up to 2 lbs/wk, even 2+ sometimes on my more aggressive fasting schedule. I made a couple attempts on and off (maybe just a week or so each time) over the summer before the habit finally started to stick towards the end of summer/beginning of fall.
