There are even some anecdotes of people saying that DMT made their cluster headaches worse. There isn't any clinical trial evidence for it which is what you really want for something like this. Until there are good clinical studies, and I do encourage cluster busters and any other group to perform these studies, I'm not convinced that DMT is an effective treatment for cluster headaches. These guys do good work though and I'm glad people are trying to solve this problem.
