Is the ARC AGI benchmark bs? It's a benchmark that has tests that supposedly only humans are able to consistently solve.
If someone makes an AI that get perfect or near perfect scores at this benchmark, do you think it means that it's an AGI? Because if that's the case, then I'm a bit worried, because even though the best AI only scores 35%, the progress has been very fast.

Usually, tech growth is approximately exponential until it suddenly plateaus.
What does the average human score? I would assume probably not full 100%

No? To be AGI means to be able be a general intelligence or good or mediocre at everything. ChatGPT is good at producing text but not much else.
