There are adults who bemoan the terrible condition of the world and what the kids are taught, but they always make clear that the origin of the malfeasance is the corrupting influence of adults and firms. There haven't been sufficient studies on the ramifications of this which have not been heavily biased/'influenced' by special interests. The only major recent one, which all algorithms will aggressively promote when you search, claims that there is no meaningful effect size or correlation, but does so in accordance with a ton of methodological flaws by way of ideological assumptions about various natures.
