I applied for it because I desperately need a job and they gave me an 'audition' (wtf?) and it is like I am meant to be a performer or something. My friends say its a strip club but online apparently its not. I don't want to be a stripper BUT I NEED A JOB. Is it worth trying or is it sex work? Damn on the googile images it really looks like a strip club.
Am only replying because no one else has yet; really have no knowledge to share.
They seem to be working with the label "technically not a strip club".
So dances on the bar rather than elsewhere, and no full nudity.
You seem to have reservations but are in need of money so are considering it anyway.
Maybe you could go and see what it's like or if you would be up for doing that sort of work?
It's criminal if there isn't work for able hands, and increasingly no safety net.
Why couldn't you just work at fast food
>>1214You make more money showing fits and ass. Maybe make a little extra on the side if you provide extra "services".
>>1214Bars and shit get tips, they'll make way more at a place like that. Plus, as a fast food veteran, I think getting sexually harassed by drunks and maybe a creepy boss is still better than flipping burgers. Of fast food was the only way for me to survive I'd kill myself.
Strip clubs and adjacent are decent work if ya got the energy for it. Ohe if my fitness goals is working at one.
>>1216Youre joking right?
You actually think bars are better wages and ethicality than fast food?
Also, tips are not always consistent. Lets not forget that you're required to split tips and give them to the boss.
>bouncing your tits around is "sex work"
what the fuck does sex mean to americans
>>1220You're asking the wrong people about sex
>>1219It depends on what kind of bars though
Can't fight the moonlight.
