Hello I have the potential to become a supervisor at a mail company and want to become one for the benefits, less body strain, and more potential growth in my career.
I want to also see if I can help the unions a bit here and there too. Any tips? Am I a terrible bastard?
My grandad was union steward and he said all bosses are bastards but without some sympathetic floor leads they would've never gotten their contract demands through. You gots to get paid, and if you can be friendly with the union without getting fired it's a double win.
