Completely dependent on the city you are in. In Munich and Vienna you are better off with classical instruments. In New Orleans obviously saxophone and trumpet.

Guitar is aclassic but is kind of cumbersome and not that attention grabbing. It's versatile though so you might be able to take requests for more money.

Harmonica can literally fit in your pocket and is a pretty solid and iconic instrument that's not very difficult to learn.

Trumpet is deceptively hard because of the breath control you need, and you have to be quite good at it to make it sound good enough for people to like it.

Recorder is widely available but extremely cursed and likely to give passersby PTSD from elementary school music class, and cause you to draw their aggro.

People hate bagpipes. Nobody like them besides the Scots. So unless you are in Scotland, I think you have a better chance of getting your ass kicked than making money.

I think a keyboard is your best bet, but some places don't allow any amplifiers for busking which would rule that out. Guitar also has a reputation for people that can't play more than like 3 chords forcing people to listen to their shitty singing. So I guess violin is your best bet of what you listed.

Can you really play all those instruments? I think your best bet for busking is anything you can involve the crowd in and get crowd interaction.
