Obviously the U$ will fight tooth and nail to stop you guys from getting nukes, look at Iran, so you have to do it in secret and also have multiple countries do it at the same time, also develop a different reserve currency independent of the U$ dollar so that way when they we try to sanction you it we will be the only ones being sanctioned.
