I live in the United States and I have not spent nearly as much time researching the contemporary politics of Latin America as much as I have for other parts of the world, so I was wondering if you guys could tell me if the Cartels are to Latin America what ISIS is to the Middle East, a western backed intelligence operation that America used 3rd parties to fund so it can destabilize resource-rich nations and then intervene in them. I have heard this accusation before but it is hard to research it because Google ain’t gonna tell you shit, but I just find it really suspicious how Trump pardoned the Honduran president who was connected to the Cartel.

Yeah I thought so, there is a fucking fentanyl epidemic in the United States and everyone blames the Cartels even though the government also is to blame for secretly funding them.
