the "justification" of nazi germany winning in TNO is basically "non-canon" according to the own creators. The initial explanation was created by the old mod team, and never got updated, because they never cared to really justify the reich winning WW2.
I am still to hear a single explanation on how germany could win ww2, at least one that is somehow realistical. In TNO, japan gets nuclear bombs before the US, so basically the axis got magical powers. It doesn't really matter, those pieces of history are the worst part of the mod, and should be ignored for a better experience.
