I remember a 2ch anon from the Latvian National Guard who said that their contingency plan for a Russian invasion is to go around detaining and killing "potential collaborators" (i.e. your neighbors who speak russian, watch russian television or celebrate victory day) before basically just doing gorilla warfare until NATO arrives.
