Sometimes I think it might have been an initiation ritual. Basically raep a minor on camera and you get to be in the world's most powerful mafia. You get access to power you would never have otherwise, but if you ever try to leave the mafia they release the blackmail. That has to be it right? Like maybe they weren't stumbling into this situation but willingly sexually assaulting an underage person as part of some kind of contract?
