>>2445395The police officer is fighting for more overtime. The National Guardsman who works as a server at Texas Roadhouse during the week—he joined up to get healthcare, healthcare that he could barely afford even with the National Guard. The People's Liberation Army says, "You're going to get healthcare if you join us." So how strongly is he attached to his goals and his position when the national guard is ordered to fire on the people, on the masses, on the PLA? The regime's army will be littered with defectors and saboteurs. This is why the revolution will win, because we are simply more serious about it. We have more to lose. We are deeper into this shit. The police officer does not want to die for the cause. The revolutionary does not want to die for the cause. But the revolutionary accepts that he may, and the police officer does not. And that is the fundamental difference, and that is why we will win. The powers that be fight for profits and petty comforts—for yachts at the top, and overtime pay for the pigs at the bottom. The resistance fights for the entire biosphere; the resistance fights for a future not only for themselves but for the entire planet. The resistance fighter has the backing of the entire planet; the cop he's executing has only the backing of his capitalist masters. The cop hopes to make it home; the revolutionary knows there may be no home if the struggle is lost. Revolutions are successful when their militants embrace necessity, while the state depends on an army of people who never signed up to die for spreadsheets, stock portfolios, or real estate developers.
https://erikhoudini.com/#post?id=101917&title=the-cowardice-of-the-anti-life-regime-and-the-necessity-of-struggle>>2446539Now imagine what happens when the first IED goes off on an ICE convoy, or when urban guerillas actually run up and handle business.
I don't give a fuck if they look bored, they are enemies of the people and occupiers. They must be destroyed. No more begging for mercy and peace from the oppressor.
Notice the highlighted bit. Imagine if there was armed struggle, then imagine what media people who act in support of the guerilla. That should tell you that media left is counter revolutionary.
>All of this ultimately circles back to one fundamental core contradiction with the left: the masses are, in a lot of ways, more revolutionary than the people who have been assigned by both themselves and the powers that be to lead the masses. When a random cashier at the Dollar General is telling me, "Wow, things are way too expensive here, I can't even afford to eat here," he's telling me this offhandedly. But then the political pundit on the left is just talking about how, I don't know, that Dollar General person needs to go to an AOC (genocide supporter) rally because we have to "meet people where they are." I do wonder who exactly we are meeting in the middle? The capitalist? Because that person doesn't get a single thing from a rally like that, but the capitalist does. >>2446586The older I get the more I recognize that Twitter post about voting be blowing up a WalMart got so much traction because it hit a nerve.
Of course this isn’t to shame people who didn’t vote, lord knows I couldn’t bring myself to vote for Kamala after the Gaza fiasco. But now the narrative is “actually it’s the guys who said we should vote to avoid this exact scenario who have to strap a bomb jacket to their chest and blow shit up, the guys who said they won’t vote and don’t care because something-something revolution don’t have to do anything.”
>>2446521>>2446534>Is a sense of national pride alien to us, Great-Russian class-conscious proletarians? Certainly not! We love our language and our country, and we are doing our very utmost to raise her toiling masses (i.e., nine-tenths of her population) to the level of a democratic and socialist consciousness. To us it is most painful to see and feel the outrages, the oppression and the humiliation our fair country suffers at the hands of the tsar’s butchers, the nobles and the capitalists. We take pride in the resistance to these outrages put up from our midst, from the Great Russians; in that midst having produced Radishchev,[3] the Decembrists[4] and the revolutionary commoners of the seventies[5]; in the Great-Russian working class having created, in 1905, a mighty revolutionary party of the masses; and in the Great-Russian peasantry having begun to turn towards democracy and set about overthrowing the clergy and the landed proprietors.
>We remember that Chernyshevsky, the Great-Russian democrat, who dedicated his life to the cause of revolution, said half a century ago: “A wretched nation, a nation of slaves, from top to bottom—all slaves."[6] The overt and covert Great-Russian slaves (slaves with regard to the tsarist monarchy) do not like to recall these words. Yet, in our opinion, these were words of genuine love for our country, a love distressed by the absence of a revolutionary spirit in the masses of the Great-Russian people. There was none of that spirit at the time. There is little of it now, but it already exists. We are full of national pride because the Great-Russian nation, too, has created a revolutionary class, because it, too, has proved capable of providing mankind with great models of the struggle for freedom and socialism, and not only with great pogroms, rows of gallows, dungeons, great famines and great servility to priests, tsars, landowners and capitalists.[…]
>The objection may be advanced that, besides tsarism and under its wing, another historical force has arisen and become strong, viz., Great-Russian capitalism, which is carrying on progressive work by economically centralising and welding together vast regions. This objection, however, does not excuse, but on the contrary still more condemns our socialist-chauvinists, who should be called tsarist-Purishkevich socialists[7] (just as Marx called the Lassalleans Royal-Prussian socialists).[8] Let us even assume that history will decide in favour of Great-Russian dominant-nation capitalism, and against the hundred and one small nations. That is not impossible, for the entire history of capital is one of violence and plunder, blood and corruption. We do not advocate preserving small nations at all costs; other conditions being equal, we are decidedly for centralisation and are opposed to the petty-bourgeois ideal of federal relationships. Even if our assumption were true, however, it is, firstly, not our business, or that of democrats (let alone of socialists), to help Romanov-Bobrinsky-Purishkevich throttle the Ukraine, etc. In his own Junker fashion, Bismarck accomplished a progressive historical task, but he would be a fine “Marxist” indeed who, on such grounds, thought of justifying socialist support for Bismarck! Moreover, Bismarck promoted economic development by bringing together the disunited Germans, who were being oppressed by other nations. The economic prosperity and rapid development of Great Russia, however, require that the country be liberated from Great-Russian oppression of other nations—that is the difference that our admirers of the true-Russian would-be Bismarcks overlook.
<Lenin: On the National Pride of the Great RussiansThe citation at [7] is a reference to Purishkevich, a member of the Black Hundreds. Lenin basically wrote about shit like the hard hat riots decades in advance.

Why doesn't any other? The PSL? WWP? SEP? ACP? RevCom?
You know it seems to me that you'll get all these different groups that either split or form from some other split or even sometimes just organize ancillary to us, and it's near-constant with the slander "Oh they're not REAL revolutionaries, like us!" But then push comes to shove and most of them just quietly mimic us while claiming through some rhetorical alchemy that it's actually a different position. Perhaps a less leftish example is one of the Pro-Palestine groups who were protesting the Gaza genocide announced that they won't endorse any candidate, period… but then they said "We support voting against Trump" and then "We believe voting for a third party is a wasted vote" in the span of the same announcement. So in essence they endorsed Kamala but just didn't say her name to show how miffed they were.
I've had plenty of struggles with lifestyle changes in the past; going to the gym more, eating better, drinking less. And the simple fact of the matter is that all these complaints "Well the CPUSA isn't doing anything!" ring about as true as the type of person who insists they want to lose weight, but always find an excuse not to go to the gym. "Well, I was trying to lose weight, but my wife had to come home with a big chocolate cake, god damn it! So now I guess I have to eat the cake! Oh well would you look at that, I'm so tired after eating all this cake I've got to take a nap! Well well well! It's so late now I just can't go to the gym, it's all my wife's fault!"
We aren't the only Communist party around. We're not even the biggest. There is absolutely nothing we can do to stop other radical communist parties from doing something they're intent on doing. But the truth they really don't want to admit to themselves is that deep down, for all the radical rhetoric, for however incendiary they act, they don't actually want to take the first foot forward. They'll blame everyone else: the CPUSA, the DSA, the "treatlers", the libs, whatever. But the fact is they know that deep down they just don't want to give up their cozy little apartments, their nifty little commodities, their granite countertops and Amazon packages. They say they do, but then they think about all that work and how much fun they'll be losing out on, and they try to find an excuse to preserve their egos.
It's the most nakedly obvious thing in the world.
>>2446629>>2446534CPUSAnon's reaction to this was not to sympathize with the hippies, not even the reactionaries who beat them, rather he had to think up an imaginary murderer to sympathize with.

>tfw the USA is literally more racist than nazi germany<August 3, 1936—Owens won his first gold medal in the 100-meter dash. Hitler did not meet or shake hands with Owens. That said, there are several reports of a salute or wave. According to sports reporter and author Paul Gallico, writing from Berlin, Owens was “led below the honor box, where he smiled and bowed, and Herr Hitler gave him a friendly little Nazi salute, the sitting down one with the arm bent.” Owens himself later confirmed this, claiming that they exchanged congratulatory waves. So, Owens was not personally snubbed by Hitler. However, Owens did feel that he had been snubbed by someone: U.S. Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt. A month after the Olympic Games, Owens told a crowd, “Hitler didn’t snub me—it was [Roosevelt] who snubbed me. Like, did you know how much of the stock market is bullshit? Like in
theory companies issue stock that you buy in order to have a stake in the company. But people have bought the entirety of a company's free-floating shares before and, wouldn't you know it, the stock kept trading. The market's driven by algorithms, not people, and there are enough financial tools that hedge funds can essentially just create phantom shares to trade.
Then there's Student Loan Asset Backed Securities (SLABS) which essentially are: you can't discharge student loan debt, so Wall Street created these "safe" investments that are backed by ownership of student debt. If there's even a chance that those loans get forgiven (something that'd help God only knows how many people out here) you'll see Wall Street meltdown because suddenly these "safe" securities aren't backed by anything.
60% of Americans don't make enough money to live some vaunted "American Standard of Living".

Stalin’s responsibility in the creation of Israel and its disastrous consequences
In 1948, the Israeli state was founded, and millions of Palestinians were expelled from their homeland. Scandalously, the Stalinist bureaucracy supported the creation of Israel – a move which had a disastrous impact on the world communist movement.
https://communist.red/stalins-responsibility-in-the-creation-of-israel-and-its-disastrous-consequences/How Joseph Stalin Helped Create the State of Israel.
Joseph Stalin committed numerous crimes against the international working class. But one of his greatest crimes was the support he gave to the foundation of the state of Israel. Trotskyists, in contrast, have always opposed Zionism.

Hell if they at least had Trump's willingness to break things they'd at least be believable. If Harris said she'd arrest Trump on day 1 they would've probably won the election. If Biden did it 4 years ago American politics would look very different today. Every Dem voter knows all their "owns" are completely substanceless. No matter how many times they call Trump corrupt or bring up his ties to Epstein they'll never do anything.
>>2446945Oh I'm aware. Still if we're just talking pure pragmatism, "Theatrics + No Plan" is better than "Be Boring + No Plan"
It's why I honestly see Dems as circling the drain here. Like, their own fucking party is collapsing in popularity
even as Trump is a historically unpopular President. Political Scientists are scratching their heads at it, but those of us on the fringe can at least understand why. These rules they take for granted, that America is two neoliberal factions competing over a chunk of independent "centrists" are a bunch of horseshit.
>>2446954Y'know one of the weirdest developments in Christianity is how, back in the middle ages, you'd have stuff like the Byzantine Empire using the continued existence of The Jews as proof of the victory of Christianity. It wasn't that they were "Chosen" it's that "we" were saved by the redemptive Death of Christ while "they" still rejected him. Now it's just "actually you're better than the average Christian, God's special chosen people" and I genuinely don't get it.
Right now the federal reserve is made up of
Obama appointee (1) Jerome Powell
Trump appointee (2) Chris Waller and Miki Bowman
Biden appointee (2) Philip Jefferson and Michael Barr
Vacancies (2) Lisa cook firing now pending and Adriana Kugler Biden appointee who resigned August 8th on her own
https://www.federalreserve.gov/newsevents/pressreleases/other20250801a.htmhttps://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Reserve_Board_of_Governors A federal reserve governor has never been fired like this in its history so it is to be seen how the legal process of this works out. Then Jerome Powell has a higher role so he is way more complicated

>Under the Federal Reserve Act, the law that charters the central bank, Mr. Trump may dismiss a governor only if he can demonstrate cause, typically defined as professional neglect or malfeasance. >US Orders More Ships to Southern Caribbean With Eye on Drug Cartels, Sources SayWASHINGTON (Reuters) -The United States has ordered additional ships to the southern Caribbean as part of President Donald Trump's effort to address threats from Latin American drug cartels, two sources briefed on the deployment said on Monday.
The USS Lake Erie, a guided missile cruiser, and the USS Newport News, a nuclear-powered fast attack submarine, will arrive in the region by early next week, said the sources, who asked to remain anonymous.
The sources declined to detail the specific mission of the deployments but have said that recent movements are aimed at addressing threats to U.S. national security from specially designated "narco-terrorist organizations" in the region.
Last week sources told Reuters the United States has ordered an amphibious squadron to the southern Caribbean as part of the same effort.
The USS San Antonio, USS Iwo Jima and USS Fort Lauderdale were to have arrived off the coast of Venezuela as early as Sunday. The ships are carrying 4,500 service members, including 2,200 Marines, the sources said.
Trump has made cracking down on drug cartels a central goal of his administration, part of a wider effort to limit migration and secure the U.S. southern border.
The Trump administration designated Mexico's Sinaloa Cartel and other drug gangs as well as Venezuelan criminal group Tren de Aragua as global terrorist organizations in February, as Trump stepped up immigration enforcement against alleged gang members.

A 20 year white military veteran decked out in hunting camo clothing was arrested right after Trump's executive order for peacefully burning an American flag in front of white house. God tier optics for this. Good man 🫡
Aperson was arrested near the White House on Tuesday after setting fire to an American flag, just hours after President Donald Trump signed an executive order seeking to punish people who burn the flag.
The U.S. Secret Service confirmed the initial detention in a statement to Newsweek.
"On Aug.25 at approximately 6:15 p.m., the U.S. Secret Service detained an individual in Lafayette Park for igniting an object," the agency said. "The individual was subsequently turned over to U.S. Park Police as they have jurisdiction. We'd refer you to U.S. Park Police for any charges or additional questions."
The Park Police confirmed that the individual was arrested after being reached for comment by Newsweek, saying, "At about 6:30 pm, the United States Park Police arrested one person in Lafayette Park for a violation of 36 CFR 2.13(a)(1), prohibited fire. All units have cleared the scene."

would be life changing for a lot of people if you got it off the ground even for a small portion of the population. you have to be insanely out of touch to not know that the cost and precarity of housing is by far one of the primary concerns of almost every poor american, right next to healthcare. just because this is your chance to turn the "i will not live in ze pod" memes back on free marketeers doesnt mean that low-cost single-room housing with shared facilities is a bad idea. whats stupid is thinking that the market is capable of providing this by just loosening zoning laws and letting more housing be built with less regulations, which would just result in similarly expensive but lower quality housing for people who can already afford housing somewhere.
but very funny to have people on /leftypol/ decry having common rooms and shared facilities as somehow a completely absurd idea
>>2447193>it'll create a downward pressure on housing costs.cretin doesn't know that hoarders can afford to wait for prices to rise.
direct market intervention and sizing hoarders resources is the key. but in the US, and like most neoliberal nato projects, housing isn't a basic human right. those libs deserve the suffering they are in.
>>2447393>you are the socialist>no you are the socialist>you are the commie, socialist>no, you are the embodiment of the spirit of Fidel, Chavez and want to steal my burgers>no, you want to have stakes on my companies and dictate me what to do!kekekeke
cursed land.
>>2447459no you didn't, you first condemned him here
>>2447335 after I pressed you
>>2447463I literally called him that right here
>>2447314, and I even explained what I meant to you right there
>>2447316 afterwards, you fucking liberal retard. Just because you're coping and forgot to read more than a few words doesn't mean I have to forget this.
>>2447424I use to be a hardliner chud, and just talking to trans leftists got me realizing that it wasn't minorities that annoyed me, but liberalism in general for breeding such fervorous retards. The funny thing is that she also gets canceled for reclaiming slurs and questioning idpol, so we managed to get along quite well
But for the most part, nazis are too broken to be saved, so just hang them
>>2447487Most people in the world are pretty similar. People might seem different or strange but when you get out there, you realize it's not such a bad deal.
There are some cultural differences but that can usually be handled through the usual rules about making sure to introduce yourself and be polite, not tell lies, and ask people permission before doing things like taking some guy's picture because that might be acceptable in one place but will get you punched in the face somewhere else.
I've come to think a lot of problems in political groups are just problems with basic social interaction, and I've seen a lot of good but also some bad, and that cuts across political ideologies and identities.
>>2447510The Men Who Stare at Crosswalks
Seriously though it's bad enough that we have to live under a naked dictatorship of the bourgeoisie, but it's even worse that this one is arbitrarily cruel in the most petty way possible
>>2447548>declare everything a crime<throw everyone in jail"I stopped crime!"
>declare everyone an illegal<deport everyone"I stopped the illegals!"
>destroy homeless camps <throw homeless people in jail"I ended homelessness!"
>dismantle all agencies that report on climate change"No statistics? the problem doesn't exist anymore!"
The best firefighters put out the fires they themselves started!
>>2447522Fuck Gaza. Honestly. What has Gaza ever given to the American worker? It's not worth going to jail to make a symbolic protest for some dying kids in the third world when we have problems at home. Besides, all protests like this do is hurt good union workers just trying to provide for their families. The American worker will never support us if we attack their livelihoods.
No one cares about some dying kids in the third world, that's just bad vibes. Time to admit that and focus on REAL problems, like how those workers are going to pay rent after the anarchists ruined their jobs.
>>2447558Zionazis are also obsessed with aesthetics. Have you seen how much the IDF shills their instagram thots?
I really wish the Left was more willing to embrace aesthetics since it clearly works as propaganda. Even if it's gross and shallow, humans are inherently obsessed with aesthetics and beauty and you can't escape it.
>>2447563>I really wish the Left was more willing to embrace aesthetics since it clearly works as propagandaAnytime someone says something like this, they usually get outed as a nazi of some sort.
>Even if it's gross and shallowGross and shallow is something that is avoided here.
>Even if it's gross and shallow, humans are inherently obsessed with aesthetics and beauty and you can't escape it.>Muh human natureI’m not seeing material thought here
>>2447566I'm tired of pretending that I care about some guilt trips in the third world when there are real problems right here in America.
Fucking with the livelihoods of good union workers to make a symbolic protest in benefit of some kids three thousand miles away is not how you win the battle of democracy. We should be supporting the union workers, not the Palestinians that no one cares about.
>>2447540>2028 is gonna be communist JD Vance vs white power Gavin Newsom>>2447546>kinda funny how vance has an indian wife and groypers are cheering for newsom cuz his family is aryancodedI
love how the "Resistance" that portrayed itself for so long as this anti-fascist vanguard is now making overtures to the Groypers and other neo-fascists. I'm totally
sure that this will end well, as normalizing fascism always does.
>>2447585Wow, they truly are out of touch morons. THey have no damn idea what the hell they are talking about.
Looks like we are speed-running Nazi Germany here. Both are filled with The same conspiracy pseudoscience minded retards.
Just woke up. Alien Earth's pretty good so far.
>>2447566Man I genuinely live in Felix's head.
>>2447603>Trump says people in DC were too afraid to go out to dinner until he sent in the troopsDFSHKJLADSFHIOAOWEFHIOWHIOHIFEWAHFWEHFEWAAFSDFJEWH
Just
Fucking hell man the blatant lies
I've lived near DC all my life and I go downtown regularly, I can say until the last couple of weeks the streets have been bustling and restaurants have been packed. But when I went down on Sunday? There's an eerie silence in most of the touristy areas, and when people are out and about they're hurrying quickly from one place to another and they avoid making eye contact. There's checkpoints and armed national guard all over the place. Everyone has a story about seeing people getting disappeared off the streets never to be seen again. This motherfucker is lying to our faces and we're all expected to just lap it up when I can see WITH MY OWN EYES that he's lying
>>2447610Maybe don't plan on being an amerikkkan nazionalist who wants to genocide every third worlder, for the American Volkswagen, any one who doesn't want the complete end of all amerikkkans wants to plunge the 3rd into hyperimperialism as long as they get funky pops,
(Haz and hinkle and magacoms are cool tho cause they hate western womenoids)
>>2447613Didn't notice the Maggot Brain part tbh.
I'll say this though, the actors they got playing some of the "Lost Boys" were pretty good, and I think they found the perfect way to build tension because I kept thinking "these are literal children" that the company was sending to deal with Xenomorph shenanigans.
>>2447620>The American Volkswagenpic related
>>2447603Wow, Trump really is a complete idiot. He hasn't done anything to help the worker or anyone except the rich. Seriously he comes across as a whiny manchild than anyone strong. Why the hell do MAGAtards think he's a manly man?
>>2447638Yeah Pennyposter, I so wish a meteor crashed into DC or Yellowstone erupted; ending this farce of a country.
>>2447646Oh we're going to have a revolution alright. It'll be the fucking revolution to end all, the final revolution. Drag out the bureaucrats and ritually disembowel them. Take their skulls and stack them on top of each other in pyramids and place them in the centers of major cities, again plant fear into the hearts of the remaining bourgeoisie and their reactionary lackies.
Arm the homeless, the dispossessed, the unclassed, let them roam wild and destroy "civilized" society. If we run out of guns make more of them out of the bones of our enemies. Turtle Island shall be cleansed in a holocaust of ecstasy. All I ask for is a final revolution, one that shall bring liberation to the oppressed and destruction and neverending fear to the rest. I call for nothing less than the
