Not gonna lie is probably going to be not very magnificent, but that's precisely why new people are needed. Also, read political economy, history and actual literature on real praxis, especially anything related to your own specific region. the goal is having a good model of what's happening socioeconomically and politically in your region, both now and historically, and some kind of vision of what could be done. example: is your country a peripheral, raw material/agricultural exporting debt ridden shithole with a parasitic landlord class or what the hell has historically happened there? has the movement historically succeeded in some shape or form? what went wrong, what problems did they face and are facing now? talk to people, participate in reading groups, find some people you deem respectable, do some stuff… anything.
