All resistance will be crushed, the elite (lol funny buzzword) and their minions have a thousand ways to spy on you, they can probably read minds now, they have all kinds of surveillence. Its literally worse than 1984. And NO, neo-luddites, you are wrong, it was not the technology that made it this way, it was the humans, humanity itself let it get to this point.
