This is heavily implied. If your job can be automated then its completely wasteful to keep it just because people dont like "ai slop". Why keep an army of accountants when AI can do all of their jobs? Their labor is better used elsewhere. For artists I suggest making art for arts sake as a hobby instead of doing art for money.

These people haven't read Capital. AI wrecks the rate of profit in all industries and brings the impossibility of capital's continued existence closer with awe-inspiring speed. Most satisfyingly, ones that liberal culture thought would be safe for all eternity and already coped with since the 90s. But their importance in real terms is far smaller than all the scientific uses AI gets and robotics. It's hard to overstate how much use AI is getting in every single branch of science right now.
Immigrants raise the rate of profit at the expense of immigration origin societies that had to practically waste all these resources and value to create this labor power that will be used by more powerful capital now for next to no cost.
This behavior makes sense since one of the first working class movements was luddites, but it is very much counterproductive and only resulted in workers being trampled harder the first time. It has no place among materialists and the vanguard of the working class.
