That’s precisely why there are ideologies like Dengism, Christian socialism, or patriotic socialism, and so on. I’ve noticed that the ideological labels people give themselves are meaningless. What matters far more is how they interpret their ideology.This is also the main reason why I can no longer identify with leftypol. I am not left-wing, but I am also not right-wing. It’s so ironic when some leftists justify capitalism, hierarchy, nationalism, power monopolies, or even racism. I’ve seen all of that, on leftypol, Reddit, and Twitter. At the same time, I’ve seen individual right-wingers or conspiracy theorists who hold absolutely correct positions.That’s why I no longer believe in the “left” label. I believe that certain libertarians or conspiracy theorists are closer to my values than Dengists, Trotskyists, and so on.
i think what youre perceiving is that what really matters is moral principle, rather than loyalty to a signifier. snyone can be good, so lets go with that.
Unless you're organized in a party, none of this matters. Even if that's the case, it matters far less than you might think.

Politics beyond "good things are good, bad things are bad" are a waste of time. Logically coherent politics are the dumbest waste of time of all.
But I went down the garden path of reading a hundred dead economists and statesmen and arguing on /leftypol/ only to realize none of it matters. Now I'm 35 and I have no furry discord friends. I have no idea how to even obtain them. All I have is the knowledge that cool people are out there being cool while I've wasted my life on something even later than speedrunning. The opportunity cost of my mistake is beyond measure.

Not directly replying to the cuck post but, I am yet to say that "I am a marxist-leninst", cause I have not understood Marx and Engles thoroughly. But get why every communist in the past has done so, Marxism-Leninism rests upon the dialectical materialist position. So your actions and decisions can change but the goal is to reach an absolute. The idea is not to interpret but to change the social postions through resolving contradictions.
