NOAA predicts a near ice sheet-free Arctic by this September. A Blue Ocean Event (BOE). This is important cause it agravates the feedback loops that make the Arctic warm even faster than the rest of the world. The dark blue ocean reflects less energy that white ice. It also opens the Artic ocean for easier navigation. Is this why the Heritage Foundation has so much interest in Greenland?

Looking at it, the annexation of Greenland and especially Canada is inevitable. US is definitely planning to have extra land and navigation in the Artic and Canada is a free country to take
