They're even worse when they try to justify this with "ICE is just going after illegals and people disrupting them" no differently than a conservative. Black libs don't get shit on enough for how they love yapping like they're pro black revolutionaries and speaking about us like we're the chosen people of the world but the moment shit actually pops off they immediately mobilize to neuter anything uyghas could potentially do. Even worse when they complain about FBA dumbasses while also going "who cares about a jamaican/somali/etc getting brutalized and kidnapped by ICE y'all know they voted for trump right? black americans only have ourselves in this world." The people you're talking about are conservatives. Say what you will about American libs (and oh there is so much to say) but they're all extremely incensed about ICE
black people don't care about the workers struggle or anti imperialism, the irony is that immigrants also don't give a fuck the moment they get their citizenship.

I mean tbh immigrants dont come out in support of blacks when cops killed George Floyd. This is not an ideal way to think about politics but i think we have to accept that mass politics in the US have become extremely transactional and tribalist. You only go to the streets if you think that its your community being attacked, and nowhere else. Very similar to MENA politics.

I'd wager that there are more immigrant *activists* participating in the protests than actual diasporites themselves, especially among upwardly mobile groups like Arabs or Indians

And the polls about approval show general support among nearly all groups around the time the protests were happening.
