The smart thing to do is to incorporate these revelations into agitprop and organizing efforts, not just whine about how people aren't already doing it for us. Besides, civil wars don't happen because of sex scandals, even ones as horrendous as this. They happen when deeper socioeconomic forces with organized representatives clash violently. Most of the time they require a critical collapse of the existing security apparatus, e.g. part of the military defecting to demonstrators instead of shooting them. If you want to know why it's not happening here it's because there us no such collapse, and none of the social forces that have a problem with pedo porkies are organized.
