Capitalism and imperialism are a global system, and the president of the USA is a replaceable cog in the imperialist machinery. Also these people are just bloodthirsty monsters in general going back to the founders, who were slave owners… so what are you comparing to? George Washington? Some universal historic standard?
In terms of total lives destroyed, I'd say it's a toss up between Bush and Obama
