Only a handful were underage, and one (the one he pleaded guilty to having sex with) was 17 at the time, and the only reason it was a pedophilia charge was because Florida's Age of Consent is 18. If Epstein had fucked her in New York it would have been nothing, not even a basic prostitution charge.
