This means that social democracies have to resort to imperialism in order to sustain their public services. Only by robbing and raping other countries can a nation have generous public services. Example: France which has probably the best welfare state outside the Scandinavian countries constantly assassinates and coups African countries. They do this to continue robbing those countries so they can have treats at home.
