Can moral outrage be converted to class consciousness?…Or are they contradictory?
I know, I know, morals are a "spook."
Still, it's hard not be disgusted when people violate near-universal cultural taboos. It's something that I feel strongly. But revolutions depend on a broader understanding of class systems that seems missing from the current discourse. I think at best we can see some kind of organuzed Mad Dads shit made up fathers of some of the victims to mete out justice on the parasitic pedophile-capitalist class. How can we ensure that non-pervert Capitalists are also brought to heel? (As certainly some of them must be prudish.)
Sometimes I'm skeptical. It's a little too on the nose, almost like Epstein treated the Protocols of the Elders of Zion as a checklist. A cannibalistic Jrwish pedophile secretly controls the world's governments from a private island? Have we all been played for suckered?
