Set a precedent for stacking political institutions like the supreme court with yes men and using as much executive power as possible without going through things like congressional approval; all of which could theoretically be useful if you're a leftist who still believes/is naive that reformism is still a thing because those tactics are now more acceptable to use if a leftist party ever theoretically gets in power. Maybe getting rid of the 200 dollar tax for NFA items or DOE funding into SMRs if you want consider those part of his policy "wins". Otherwise I can't think of anything else positive.
