There are plenty of benign and consentual medical screening programs that could be qualified as a soft form of eugenics so to speak and that were implemented by socialist parties such as the Thalassemia prevention program by Cyprus in the early 70s and later copied by the governments in Greece and Iran.

Unfortunately chuds on the Internet think offering optional and consentual prescreen programs for high-risk parents in order to prevent genetical illnesses means humans have for some reason genocide entire population groups immediately now and poison every discussion on any Internet conversation on genetics.
