Who cares what Lenin wrote in 1910, Russia today is entirely different from the Russian Empire. One is a Republic permanently stamped with the paradigm of Soviet Communist development and the other was a colony of German aristocrats in all practical senses. What Lenin remarks about the latter has no significance for what should be done today in regards to the former.
