Happy International Working Women's Day, /leftypol/
ITT make a post to roll a woman in your name field, then go read something by/about her and come back and talk about it.
It's a bit difficult to consume her poetry authentically because they're all in Spanish (and my Spanish is not very good) so I mostly went off the translations. Anyways, I read/listened to cover of her version of "La Boriqueña," it's about/calls for Puerto Rican liberty (from Spain at the time). You can read to it here

>https://poets.org/poem/mist-0The only book by a woman I read was Ellen Meiksins Wood's Origin of Capitalism and it was so bad I vowed to never read a woman again.
I only read trans women
