I am an actual Satanist, and although Satanism isn't really compatible with fascism, there are reasons for this I can think of.
Firstly, there's the association with evil. The Nazis and Satan are seen as symbols of evil by almost everyone.
Secondly, there's the rejection of the Judeo-Christian ethic, with its emphasis on mercy and forgiveness, which would obviously appeal to nazis because of their ideology of crushing the inferior races.
