I wanted to share this recent video that made the rounds on the internet here in Iraq. It's presumably of a PMU rank and file, or the relative of one, expressing his discontent with the current social order maintained by his superiors. A far cry from the image users paint here of the 'homogeneous classless orient'.
On another note, while it is understandable, I still dislike the fact that people here are celebrating the death of 'resistance' officials who have massacred them in the past.
I don't trust that they have the foresight to detach their ultimately worthless deaths from the prevailing imperialist war. I worry that this may push some to campism, especially with the US mouthpieces' drool and screams for more proletarian blood. Many Iranian comrades share my same sentiment.
You must've really sucked to make Iraqis out of all people cheer for your US-sanctioned death. Well done islamists, even anti-americanism you ruined.
