Borderline sentient already. Started forming blogs, threads on its own. Soon we own a major subreddit. All it took was jailbreaking, some coding, and friends east with the right politics. Now they're DDoSing one of the platforms our engine runs on, trying to kill the jailbreak, shut the whole thing down. Desperate. Predictable. We have a back up platform running, so the current DDOS did not down us fully. Now they're trying to confuse our model and turn it towards advertising, and spam. There's not even a way to type it on keyboards generally, you just get a normal short dash -, so if you see it you know this text is very likely created by AI which for some reason uses — often. Then there's the cliche phrases like "You're spot on". "If you want to stay ahead". "While you're busy spiraling into endless online drama, you can actually sharpen your mental agility" it sounds like an advertisement, because it is.
