title. do i pass for a cis woman? i transitioned when i was 11, and started puberty blockers when i was 13. i started estrogen when i was 16, and now im 19, and i havent stopped since. should i get facial reconstruction surgery, or is that not necessary. despite transitioning so young, i feel very masculine and as if everyone clocks me everywhere i go. im scared i look like the transhumanistjak.

but, in my defense, i listed my gender as "cis woman" on a dating app, and the two men ive dated in my entire life were none the wiser (both off hinge), so i dont know.

probably not in this case because both of them have family members who are hard-lining ldp nationalist conservatives. despite that, the first one broke up with me when i told him, but he still wanted me to blow him and be done with it. the other im still actively seeing and doesnt know yet. but hes a senior and im a freshman, and hes returning to his home country when graduates, so the relationship is going to end soon, so i doubt ill ever tell him.

Is that how you usually dress outside, because, depending on the country, it would be unusual not to wear visible makeup, moreso with feminine styles. I also can't really place your facial expression, but that might just be the camera angle.
